My current obsession....what I'm wearing

In the warm summer months one doesn't wish to wear much, let alone clunky jewelry.  My recent go-to is the Lacey Y necklace.  It's shimmery, lightweight chain is the perfect wear-with-all.  It seems to spruce up even the most basic tank tops and casual dress ensembles.  Then when I'm looking to "bump it up a notch," I add my newest Beaded Bar Necklace.  Yes, I wear them both together!  Teeny tiny micro faceted gemstones with a sleek curved gold bar. Three or four gem stone hues to choose from (my favorite is the pyrite) -- and looks fantastic on everyone!  It's also in line with the popularity of "chokers" this season, as well as a brilliant layering piece.

Every bride is on the search for what to gift their bridesmaids.  Years ago I stumbled across a set of metal alphabet stampings and little did I know the rage it would create!  What seems totally obvious today (10 years ago, not so much) I began hammering each letter into little gold discs. I attached the discs to delicate goldfill chain to form words like LOVE and WISH and BELIEVE...and then I thought, what if I just used one Initial?  There my Initial Necklace was borne!  Since then, brides (and others) enjoy the personal and thoughtful keepsake of gifting their wedding attendees such a necklace. Whether it's a full monogram, or a single initial, any friend or bridesmaid would be grateful to receive such a wonderful wearable piece!  Years and years later I have many customers tell me "oh my gosh I received one of these as a gift for being in my friend's wedding. I wear it all the time!"  And with a price point under $100, it's a sure thing.

One of the things I hear most often is women expressing how they don't want to bring their fine jewels when traveling out of the country (for risk of it getting stolen).  Having said that, even whilst journeying the English Countryside, or trekking up Machu Picchu they still desire to look chic.  My line has many solutions. Sexy on the beach: The Y Necklace

Another place where the ladies are stepping it up is poolside.  Not to exclude beach-side, cabana-side and super-yacht-side. Quite frankly, if you're sporting a bikini, a pareo and a hot pair of shades, a great add is some fun jewelry.  The obvious pieces are a sexy pair of oversized Beaded Hoops.  An easy breezy way to look chic and still be beachy.  My Navajo Necklaces are great worn alone or layered with others (Slinky Y or Floating Circles) - the itty bitty beads are brightly colored and pop off the skin.  Loop Thru Chain Earrings are a no brainer as they wiggle and wave and catch the light, but also stay put in the ear while attempting beach volleyball. The list goes on, but you get the drift.  Why not step up your beach game with a little bling?  I'll bet the others will soon copy you. Everyday diamonds...

Ever since I was wee one I was mesmerized by diamonds.  The sparkle, the facets, the bigger the better.  I'd sift through my mother's jewelry box (unbeknownst to her, well she probably knew), and try on all her finery.  She had a gorgeous three stone diamond ring, and a lovely bracelet with gold charms from all of her travels.  It was no surprise that after years of creating a line of semi precious jewelry it was TIME to enter the world of "precious" stones.  My point of view was "why wait for a rainy day? I want to wear this ring now!" and from that my Diamond Marquise ring emerged.  Edgy and elegant, and an easy daily wear.  I love the simplicity of the 18K yellow band with a floating marquise in 18K white gold with an gaggle of shimmery pavé diamonds. ATHLEISURE TREND: Working out with Jewelry

Fashion rears its head in many arenas.  Not just on the runway, or at bars or restaurants or in the office or at parties; now it's at the gym, the yoga studio, even your Pilates class!  Go figure?!  I have friends and clients that specifically ask me for "workout " jewelry.  Pieces in my line that work brilliantly are my lightweight goldfill or sterling Naked Necklaces: The Simple Circle or Triple Loops Necklace are no-brainers, even my little Pavé Sparkly ones.  Earrings are not to be overlooked either.  I've been caught wearing my easy breezy Threaded Chain Earrings (with gold circle or sparkly crystals) as well as my Chain Post Earrings. Why the Y Necklace?

One of my personal favorites (oh you'll catch me saying that a lot, well it's true) is my Slinky Y Necklace.  It's the kind of piece that looks great on everyone, and looks great with everything.  It's long and languid, the chain is swishy and has itty bitty gemstones that adorn it.  And I make It in a myriad of colors.  I wear mine from the Pilates mat to jewelry shows.  It seems to elongate the petite, look great on flat or full chested, and it's lightweight and effortless.  Customers comment "oh yes, I didn't realize how good it would look on me."  For me, jewelry is an "add" to my outfit, I don't want it weighing me down or being too loud --  I prefer it to complement and softly whisper to others "doesn't she look good today?"
